1. Too many people focus on their own business when communicating with visitors and subscribers. They should have their business focused on their customers. 3. Decide what processes you will have in place. For example, what actions will your traffic strategy be composed of and how will those actions be linked together to produce the results you want. So, if you were to use social media: what sort of information would you provide and what would be its focus. Have the strategy laid out so you can see the links through the process you are using.
